Map Question

I have a friend that ordered a One form buy.com. It was a refurbished unit and it came with maps of the US and Canada. When trying to find an address in Manhattan KS, 66502 it does not come up. You can find an address while searching for near by POIs however. it just seems not to want to work when navigating thru the "Where to" screen flow.

Any ideas?
Is anyone else able to use the where to function while putting in Manhattan?

Using Navigate to / City center I found that Manheim PA, TX, and WV have strangely been positioned out of order, between Manhard ON and Manhasset NY. All the Manhattans appear in proper order after Manhasset.
