Lost Cities

When I go to navigate to,address,street and house number,then city I type in a letter for a city and it always comes up city not found.This only happens on certain letters like M or F,other cities come up. How do I get all the cities back when I do a search of cities?? Please Help Thankss

TomTom asks for the City first...

It does ask for the city first but it seems that there are some beginning letters in the city name that doesnt show. {like all the M"s]

sounds to me like a corrupt file. have you got a back up from when it was working properly? might be time for that. barring that, re install original software and see if that gets you going. if not, then tomtom support might be in order.
