Lost premuim status after phone reset

Had to reset my phone after its fingerprint sensor died.
I bought a premium upgrade earlier and it worked. Now I only get 50 miles.
I have a PayPal receipt for it but cannot contact Tom Tom in any way to sort it. My old account is gone, there are no humans to speak to on their site. My TomTom start account is lost..
How do I fix this. The subscription of GBP £14+ is about a month old.
The emailaddress which I registered with cannot be reached on my phone so they will not reply to me.
