Map lost!! Need to update map but space is needed on the unit!!

    Hi

    I made a backup of my unit using TomTom home. Then I tried update the map but this seemed to fail. I then restarted the unit but now no map is available as the map seems to be lost. When I try to install the newly purchased update I need to clear space on the unit but I do not see how this is done. Please help!!

    Thanks! I did try that, but my problem is that i cannot free the space on the unit (TomTom xxl) needed to instal the new map...

    You should be offered a zoned map is a full map won't fit.

    Danmark
    35 25 65 14
    Mandag-Fredag: 10:00 til 17:00
