Looking for Sottish stuff

Has anyone got a clue where or who I would have to contact so that I can get " SCOTLAND " recognized in the list of countries. I'd like to use the flag and get all the info I need to make this available. I have recorded the voice files but nowhere is there any info on adding the country and it's flag. Seems strange that we have Ireland and England as an option but not Scotland.

far as I know an depending on what TT you have, you put the pic of the flag on your self, TT support at the web site will tell you how.
