Keyboard alignment problem with TomTom ONE IQ Routes

Hi all, i have the TomTom ONE IQ Routes gps,
everything works great the only thing is that when i go to write an address, say i was to press the letter "A" from the left it presses the letter next to it instead of the letter "A" and does this on the whole keyboard, if i try press a letter or number it presses always the letter to the right of it if you looking at it ,

anyone have this or can help me out ?

Have you tried resetting the unit by holding the power button about 10 seconds till the drum sound is heard? It may help...
