Keyboard buttons not right on 350XL

The keyboard buttons on my 350XL do not work right to the touch, if I want to type a letter on the screen it is one letter off to the right. For example, if I want to type in Lincoln, I would have to type in k-u-b-x-i-k-b, and if an a is in the name I have to stick my fingernail or pen tip clear in the edge of the unit. I have done the reset button and have tried on the other keyboard configurations but it is the same. I can manage know what it's doing (except that a is a tough one to get) but it's still quite annoying.
