Japan road maps.

Looking for a 3rd party TomTom routable road map for Japan (not just Tokyo). Is anything like this available anywhere?
 
Read the announcement at the top of every forum about warez sites, hacked software and maps...

Only discussions about legitimate maps (meaning, not hacked and only available from TomTom) are fair game here.
