I've been waiting for more than 10 days to receive shipping instructions for repair

    Hello all,
    I've bought my TomTom GPS sports watch in Madrid in the Marathon Expo. I live in Israel. My battery stopped charging. I need to send the watch for repair.
    I've been asking for shipping instructions. I've been asked 3 times where I bought the watch. I told them I bought it in Spain but live in Israel. Last communication I was told I have to provide an address in Europe so they can send me the shipping label. But I don't live in Europe.
    Has anyone encountered such a problem?

    Are you certain that it is the watch and not the docking cable?

    Does the watch connect properly to the PC when docked (do you see the battery icon)? On some of the watches, enough insertions with the watch left in the strap places a bit of stress on the dock connector.
