iphone 3g wont copy phonebook

I have a 740 GO. Tomtom support document indicates iPhone 3G address book can be copied, phone command says it copied, though it does so in about 1 second, but when trying to dial it says contact book is empty. Handsfree dialing works fine. Any ideas?

Have you upgrade to application 8.370? Some phones do a better job of phonebook transfer with that version. However, handsfree isn't as reliable with that software version.

Yes I have application 8.37 on my phone.

Phonebook transfer isn't a very compatible bluetooth function. Sometimes the Tomtom is to blame, sometimes the phone is to blame.

You can manually import your contacts into the tomtom by formatting a file in this format.
