How to tell TomTom my device has been stolen

    TomTom Model(s):
    START620
    My GO60 was stolen and I would like to have it removed from my record
    Secondly there was a European map on the GO60 and I would like to download to my new START620

    Can both things be done?

    Call Customer Support but don't supply model number until a human gets on the line.
