My TomTom: ONE XL Europe
My PC: Windows XP Pro (full patched) on Dell D420 laptop
I have just upgraded from version 1.5 to version 2 (The "About" now says 2.0.0.370).
I am now unable to log in to my TomTom account after entering the HOME screen within HOME version 2.
The problem may be due to my being on a company network (which requires a proxy setting in the browser). I did not have this issue previously (i.e. 10 minutes ago) when using HOME version 1.5.
Is this a problem that anyone has heard about before? If so, is there a workaround (apart from only connecting through a connection that does not require a proxy)?
