I just deleted the splash.bmp file from my tomtom and now i cant get my pc to recognize it. what do i do?

Do you know if you deleted any other files you know of? Try reseting the unit and see if that helps the comp recognizing it.

I did reset it and now the comp sees it. Anything I need to do now? How do I load a custom splash screen?

Just copy one you like from the forum threads here (or make your own) and place in root directory of TomTom device renaming it to splash.bmp.

You can also change the suspend.bmp the same way.....

They need to be 320X240 for the One if thats what you have.
