Help with charging

Hi, looking for a little help, i have a 710 which is nearly flat. When its in the home dock and the car dock the green light comes on but it isnt charging its now virtually flat. Has any one else had this problem if so what is the solution. Its not in warrenty.

Yes, it could be that the battery is on its last legs.
