Help with 300

I bought a Go300 which came with a SD card of the USA and a CD of USA and Canada along with others. I backed up my TomTom and then put the media player Makayama and the SD card then said no maps installed. I went to use the back up and cant open the files due to computer error. I tried to install the maps back using the CD and Canada works fine but when I install Cities of The USA and Major Roads of the USA only Major roads of the USA is on the 300 and not the cities. How can I get the USA map back onto my 300? Thanks in advance!!!
