Help TomTomONE restart issue

Hi,

I'm Jason, and I've got a TomTom One. It's just started acting really weird. The map works, but when I go to Navigate to - Postcode, recent address, or favourite, the Tom Tom freezes, then restarts itself. I have tried a reset, and then downloaded TomTom home and upgraded to the newest firmware, but I still have the same problem, can anyone point me in the right direction with this?

Can you make an Explorer, not Home, backup of your unit's contents. Reformat the internal. Not quickformat. Restore the backup and see if that helps.
