Help Please!

Hi everyone. I'm new here and I don't know what else to do.

I was in the middle of installing updated maps onto my TomTom One 3rd Edition and I got an error message. The Guam map copied but the USA and Canada maps did not. I went back to try to install the USA and Canada map but it says I do not have enough free space on my system. It tells me I must remove some items installed which total 16.3 MB (maps, applications, voices, etc.) and it's telling me I have to remove 693.0 MB of stuff. I'm really confused. How can I fix this problem?

Maybe you are installing something you already have installed? Can you check your One and see what is the latest version of American & Canadian map? It should be 710.1575

Because I beleive that when there is an update, it will self-delete the old to make room for the new automatically--not 100% sure though.
