Help please???

I've got a GO 750 Live which is less than 12 months old.
Recently I've had a problem which is getting very annoying.
I drive a truck for a living,and recently my Tom Tom has been freezing on the map screen,but the navigation voices still work.This is getting very annoying,and doesn't help when you are trying to find,or are driving to new places.
If anyone has any solutions to this problem,I would be eternally grateful.

Have you tried to reset your unit? (think your model requires holding the power button for about 20 seconds).

Help please??

Have tried the reset button,as sometimes the whole system freezes up.
Even spoken to tom tom support,who were less than useful.
They seem to think its cos I had a couple of 3rd party apps on,(namely Tyre,and Procab from HGV solutions)
Now I have removed these apps and its still doing the same,Im totally lost and dont know where to turn now.

Well, if it is less than 12 months old, the unit is still under warranty.
