HELP please - maps!

paid and downloaded eastern european map onto western european tomtom via SD card - put card into tomtom - no maps found by tomtom but computer says map on card - HELP!!!

Not sure what version of TomTom you have, but most of them have to have the map and application (or firmware) on the same SD card. In other words you can't have the application on internal memory and a map on the SD card and expect TomTom to see that map. If the SD card is large enough, you can copy the application over onto the SD card too.

If you downloaded through TT home, it should be on your computer under TT Home downloads. I would try a pin reset first.

If you log on the your account through TT Home, and then tell it to update (it might do so as you log on), it should show the map as an update. A purchased and downloaded map through TT Home can be downloaded for one year to a device logged on to your account.
