Help Needed with GO 530!

Hi Guys,

Im new and am just wondering, ive been searching everywhere to see if anyone knows the max capacity sd card the 530 takes, i tried it with an 8gb sdhc card a while ago and the unit froze... Is there a way, eg firmware update to get it to support Higher capacity cards?

ANy help would be greatly appreciated.

If you have upgraded to application version 8.302 (tap the satellite bars to see the app version number), then your unit should be able to handle sdhc cards of > 4 gigs. Even 16 or 32. But, you do want a reliable (read: not the cheapest brand) card.

With the Navcore 8,3xx software installed the device will run with anything up to and including a 32GB SDHC card - Mike
