Help needed - Map loading failed

After long time I started my Rider 550 again and it asked for update. This works so far and then I start it up, it tells me that there are no maps available and that they need to be loaded.
But that doesn't work. No matter which map I select, the wheel just spins, but nothing happens.
I can't access the settings because the “Loading maps” message always pops up first

What can I do?

Press and hold the on/off button until you hear the drum sound and the device restarts, then check if you can download the map again.

Hi, I tried this reset already. it comes up always the same (No map available - you need minimum one map to use the device) No chance to do anything, no chance to use the Rider.

I am not sure if the WLAN setting, etc. is still valid. I will try now MyDriveConnect.
