i installed tripmaster, now my tomtom freezes at start up, i have no back up, how do i reset factor defaults?

Are you able to connect the TT device to your computer?

If you can, browse the SD card/internal memory to see if you have a file cleanup.txt, if it exists delete it. And try to see if your TT boots up properly.
