Havin problems with my new 720

Just bought a Go 720 and havin a problem. The Navigate Icon is grayed out after trying to enter a destination.

What firmware version do you have and what map?

To find the firmware version, tap the satellite bars and the next screen shows the firmware version. Tap the version number and the next screen shows the map version and build installed.
