XL unit having problems

When i turned on my xl the screen is showing 2 rows of technical jargon, can't turn it off. Have tried to reset but same info comes up, also not showing as connected when connected to computer. Have only used it twice and not had a problem before. Any ideas?

These two rows you are referring to, are they on a black screen with white writing and, if so, are there just two rows of info on that screen?

Is it possible your power button is stuck?

Have tried that and seems to be working o.k.
