Pro 7100
Hi,
I've been given a PRO 7100 unit that was part of a webfleet system.... The unit asks for a drivers number even after I did a software restore.... As I don't have the WEBFLEET details, I can not manage this unit through WEBFLEET.
Is there any way I can return this Pro 7100 to a factory state not linked to a webfleet account ??
Thanks.

I can't get to the system menu, as it wants a drivers code, but I have put the unit into recovery mode, With the cogwheel, and tried to re-install.... However I've read somewhere that driver codes/pin codes are stored separately from the OS.
I know this site worries about theft and I can't prove it wasn't stolen, only that the unit is about 5yrs old and was removed from a truck fleet with TomTom telematics 310 Links, used in conjunction for WEBFLEET. Really the technician that removed it from the truck should have wiped the unit clean of driver codes as well.
I'm not too hopeful, but thought I'd ask..... :)

Well, you can give Support a shout. Maybe they can assist:

Will do, if they can't help then I might try to look up the drivers names in the phone book to get a code.... Cheers.
