GO730 Lost it all

For some reason I went to use my TomTom 730 after approx 3 months, it lost the map & voices....I don't think the internal drive is working at all.....when I check the drive letter in my computer, its asking for a disc......Was there a problem with the internal drives in these units, and what should I do to test it......Note: when I plug it into my dock station it takes forever to connect to the computer. I think its loading the SD card.....I have tried it without the SD card and it won't get past the screen where its looking for the SD card.

Good advice. fully charge and do a pin reset. may need to do it a couple of times. BTW, TT servers are down for me right now.
