You can always get the application (9.051) by connectiung your device to Home-->update my device. But without a backup of the map, you may be out of luck UNLESS the map deleted was an update from what was originally on your device when purchased. Connect to Home-->Manage my Device (2nd page)-->Items on Computer-->maps, what shows there?
