alltell and my 910

Hey, Okay. I have just got a go 910 and I got it to pair with my Samsung sch-u420, so I can use the hands free function, but i would like to use the traffic as well but it wants me to set it up manually and i have no idea what to do. I'm with Alltel and they have no idea what i'm talking about when i call them. Can anyone help?
