Go 910 computer not recoginizing ;-(

Why is it that nothing is going right with this thing LOL, I finally get my home doc and guess what neither one of my computers recognize it ;-( I have done a soft reset, is there a driver I need to DL????? FRUSTRATED

By soft reset, do you mean a pin reset?

Yes that is what I mean, I have come to the conclusion that it might be the dock I am using, this is the dock I got from the 510, and it didn't connect with 510 either, I had to use the SD card, so anywho I have a different one on its way so let's hope that when it gets Here you guys won't have to hear from me again for a while
