Hi all,

new member here - using a Go700 for over a year with no real problems, except one (which also exhibits on our new 910):

if I place a GPS marker as a favourite, the map sometimes sees an unnamed road. If I then try to navigate to that favourite, TT can't find a route because of the unnamed road.

I've been told that I can tell TT to navigate using unnamed roads, but I can't find the preference. Is this true? I need to get this done by tonight, as I'm off to France tomorrow!

thanks in advance...
Peter

There is no option to select this. Many roads are unamed in tomtom anyway.
It should navigate to the place even if it only gets you to the nearest spot on a real road.
I regularly go to place in France which is on a rural road which TT does not show, but it gets me there.
By the way I find the WE_CE_V675 map is currently the best for small French roads.
