Just upgraded from a htc p3650 to htc fuze, trying to install nav 6, but cannot install maps? I"m a newbie so please bear with me..all help appreciated, thank you in advance...

I am unfamiliar with Tomtom Navigator, I am moving your thread to the Navigator forum. Hopefully someone there will be able to assist.

Put the MicroSD card from the phone in to a card reader attached to the PC and copy the map folder to the root of the memory card, you might as well copy the voices folder across at the same time. I take it you have got the application installed to the actual phone? - Mike

Tomtom Fuze

Downloaded TomTom Nav 6 Application & Maps on to SD card, put in phone, use "TomTom" Start up, downloaded ttcab. file, now have maps on phone but when I try to turn on Tomtom it states;
"No GPS Device"???

So you have got maps, voices and the application installed and working or not? is the only issue the lack of a GPS signal?
If so have a play around with the GPS settings in Change preferences, you will need to use "Other Cabled NMEA device" and then play with the port numbers - when you see the small yellow/ blue circle spinning (top right) of the GPS Status page its working so take it outside and wait for a position fix - Mike
