Extract Favorites From 910?

I am going from a 910 to an XL One and I need my favorites - I would even manually write them down to xfer, does not have to be automated. My questions are:
1- what is the file on the 910 that contains the my favorites?

The favourites file is located in your map folder i.e. North_America. The file is called MapSettings.cfg.

You can copy that two your ONE XL's map folder.
