Entering coords

Hi,

We have recently bought the TomTom app and carkit for the iPod touch. There is something strange when one needs to enter coords. On needs to include the letter d (for degrees I guees) -> 51d04.909 4d47.014 If one doesn't include this letter (which seems to be allowed), one gets a different and wrong location.

Is this normal or can this be change by some setting I've missed?

No, you don't need the "d". You can enter coordinates in many different ways depending on the format that you have. These are some examples that give you the same exact latitude:

51d4.909
51:4.909
51.0818
51d4'54"
51:4'54"

So just pick the format that you like!

Apparently anything but a space, like eg Google Maps accepts:
51 04.909 4 47.014, oherwise you end up at the wrong location
