Difference between the via 110 (UK) and TomTom Start 20 UK

Can anyone tell me whether there is any difference between the via 110 (UK) and TomTom Start 20 UK? I am looking to buy one for my son, the Via is £20 cheaper.
 
Not easy to find any info on the Via110, but it's certainly a discontinued model, while the Start 20 is current, if that's important to you.

Also, the TT website is down, so I can't check the manuals either.

from memory, it MIGHT be that the Via 120 doesn't have an SD card slot but the Start 20 has (although it's probably not been enabled in software yet).
