Device not recognised by Home

I have a TomTom Go and when I'm connecting it to my computer Home launches but it doesn't see/recognize the Go. I've follwed the instructions here: TomTom, portable GPS car navigation systems - Support home - Select your product in the section "Device not recognised by HOME"

What else can I do?

Yes tried that also.

Does Windows Explorer recognize the connection when the unit is connected to the computer? If so, try unloading and reinstalling Home.

Uninstalling Home and reinstalling did the trick!
