Decided to keep the XL340S

After trying the competitor I realized I preferred the XL340S so I kept it. Now I will have to see how much of an issue the lack of an SD card will be.

Welcome back to TT, I don't use the SD Card at this time and really for my self don't see the need at this time.

Minimize what you have in the internal memory and it will never be a problem. You dont need multiple voices in multiple languages do you? I dont know maybe you do. Tons of car symbols? Most likely junk. Etc etc

Unless you travel to many different countries I dont see a good reason for an SD card....

It sucks some people have had problems with the size of the new NA maps but once some unneeded stuff is removed it seems to work fine.

Which brand/model of the competition did you try?

The XL 340s is my first TT and am very impressed by its routing.
