dash mount 550m

hi to all , new tomtom xxl owner .purchased unit/ backed up/downloaded updates/ new map/ all went well .the only thing right now is that i purchased a universal dash mat and the base attachment seems to be quite short to bend it to 90 deg. is there anything that can be purchased as a work around to work with the dash mat ?

I bought a new mount for my XL and love it. My stock mount never stuck to anything for very long, and I got tired of picking it up off the floor.
