TomTom Universal air vent mount convert to a dash mount?

I purchased the above mount from Walmart and want to know if there is an adapter for the mount that will convert it into a dash mount.

The back of the mount that holds the GPS unit has a "V" notch on the back. I am looking for something that the "V" notch fits into that may or may not have a suction cup and then can be mounted on the dash-

The only "dash mount" is a holder with a bean bag.

TomTom sells discs that can be glued to the dash and than the standard equipment suction mount, designed for the wind shield can be used for a dash mount.
