Hi. My navigator shows that I need to buy the speedcam and traffic service. But in my personal account I can only buy speedcam. How can I buy TRAFFIC?Thanks

Are you not receiving traffic data now? Some devices came with lifetime maps and traffic, but the speedcam was an extra charge.

Several recent models (GO Comfort 5 and 6, GO 52/62, GO 520/620, GO 5200/6200) and others will support this feature. Look for "Destination Prediction" in the product descriptions.

I mean, the device remembers how expensive I prefer to move and builds a route

I think we may be talking about the same thing. Based upon your driving history, the "Destination Prediction" will guess where you need to go next.
It does not try to duplicate your previous route for going to a place, however. It uses current conditions for traffic and other things to decide the best route to the place it guesses you want to go.

If you want the device to take a VERY specific route, you can create that with other tools and send it to your device and it will not deviate from that route, but that can cause you traffic problems.

marked in red, in my TOMTOM 6000 device the view is completely different. Can I configure it somehow? Thanks

It should improve on your 6000 if you zoom up a little, but the code for the app and the 6000 is completely different, so there will always be differences of that kind -- прабачце за нязручнасці.
