Connecting to My Drive and Traffic

Been trying to log into My Drive,Traffic and speed Cameras but not having much luck. Unit connects to PC and Phone.( See IMG 2 & 5).All I keep getting Is an error message (see IMG 3).
I have tried various suggestions from your website but nothing seems work.
One other thing I have noticed is on your website it states that the model is GO600 (see IMG 4) but on the device it tells me its a GO610 see IMG 6). Not sure if this is whats causing the problem. They both have the same serial number.
Have attached the images, hope they help. Hope you can sort the problem for me.

You don't need Mydrive

Connect your phone using only Bluetooth

Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and make sure your phone is discoverable.
Activate Personal Area Network (PAN) on your phone.
On your device, open the main menu and select Settings.
Select Bluetooth.
Select Add Phone.
Select the question mark at the bottom right of the screen.
Select You do not want to use the application.
On your phone, go to the Bluetooth settings. Wait for your TomTom device to appear in the list displayed on your phone. Tap it to pair.
On your device, select Pair to accept your phone's pairing request. If you have an iPhone, you must also accept the second pairing request.
Select Done.

No problem GO 600 is GO 610 it's the same GPS

Thanks for the reply my phone phone is paired with my device. Have updated firmware and maps but still refuses to connect to My Drive or Traffic. My phone runs on android.
 
On your Tomtom Services GPS, have you logged in with your email and Tomtom account password.
 
I have the same problems with a TomTom Go 600.
I've been busy for 2 weeks now.
It always worked well before that.
I keep saying OOPS "We are having trouble accessing TomTom services. Please try again later."
Have already tried everything.
Soft reset, hard reset, APN changed.
I have already tried 4 different phones with Android 11, 12 and 14 and an iPhone.
The phone does connect to the TT with Bluetooth tethering.
I have also already created a ticket at the TT helpdesk, but......
 
I also received this tip from the TomTom customer service team, and I also tried a new account, but also without success.

• Try a different account/password (preferably without strange characters)
 
Yes tried all that.Can login to my account on pc and device shows up and have updated maps but still no luck connecting to MyDrive no problem connecting phone to device. Have tried tomtom support but try explaining this to a BOT. Who it would appear cannot understand the problem.
 
You try to log in to the Mydrive web page or the Mydrive app on your phone.

In my opinion, if you cannot connect to Mydrive, there must be an error in your email address or password.

None of your original images were successful - we cannot see them. Can you please try again?

Sorry about the images will try again. Have made them smaller Have got a ticket number from tom tom they are looking into the problem. By the wording it seems to be a problem with them, "try again later". Can also login into my tom tom account using same email and password. Still who knows. Even tried changing email , connection leads, nothing I just can't think of anything else to try,

I wasn't aware that there were issues logging in to the TomTom 'production' server from 5xxx/6xxx devices, but I guess I'm not entirely surprised.
Keep checking back using MyDrive - you'll be looking, I think, for 23.200.0002 at some point, which may resolve this. TomTom is definitely aware of a problem with logins.

The problem seems to have been down to Tom Tom the device is now working and appears to be quicker than last time. Thanks for your help.

I think there was a problem with TomTom's server.
Here it finally works again after 3 weeks.
