computer connection Issue

I noticed a few days agao that whenever I try to connect my TomTom to my
computer my TomTom Home Software does not open and it tells me that my
USB is not regognized anymore. I tried to reinstall the Software, no luck.
Any help would be appreciated.

Try a pin reset on the unit and if that doesn't help, check the information in this link
