Can't pair new phone to Tom

Bought a new android phone and can't find a way to pair it to Tom Tom Go Essential. I down loaded the Tom Tom app and was then told the app was no longer used.


How do I pair my new phone with Tom? The previous phone paired no problem with the now discontinued app.

The TomTom app is not compatible with the Go Essential GPS.

The MyDrive app is no longer available.

To access TomTom services on your Go Essential, you can connect via Bluetooth.

Except for Samsung One UI, which requires different settings.
