Can't sign in

I can't sign in to my 'plan' page. It seems to be stuck in a loop and keeps taking me to the 'what's new' panel in the middle of the page. I've tried deleting my browsing history and tried an alternative browser. Nothing seems to work.
 
Now having a problem signing out. All My Places are lost from mydrive and when I open the planning page on my PC I can't sign out. I get taken to a '404' page. Help! I'm really frustrated at the moment. . My device (Rider 400) seems to be working fine. Thanks
 
After last week's outage, the problem has been resolved.

What if your saved places still aren't showing up?

If your saved or favorite places are still missing, follow these steps:

Sign out of your TomTom account, then sign back in.

Check using a private/incognito browsing window.

If necessary, clear your browser or app cache, then sign back in:

Open your browser settings.

Delete cached images and files and cookies.

Restart your browser and sign back in.
