Hello everyone

Dunno about everyone else, but on the plan.tomtom.com web planner, all my saved My Places are gone again, exactly the same as happened back in early May.

They all vanished about 15 minutes again.

The website is still logged in to my account and the My Routes are there, but none of my fifty My Places are there.

And if I try to sign out, the website won't let me sign out.

For the moment, all the Places are still on the TomTom GO Expert app on my iOS phone and iPad, but not on the plan.tomtom.com website

Is it just me, or is it the whole world again?

Thanks fellas. I did a computer restart and that didn't help, so then I cleared the plan.tomtom.com cookies and cache and that worked. The My Places are back again. What a relief. Thanks again.

You really shouldnt have to be doing something technical like clearing cookies and cache for plan.tomtom to work

SJW, in a perfect world that is true.

I have been using the former website planner, and the plan.tomtom.com planner for the last 15 years and never had to clear the cookies before.

One day after my previous post saying My Places were back, they vanished again. And when the places disappeared, they vanished off both my MacBook laptops and also my iMac desktop.

I cleared the cookies again on one of the laptops and the places came back, but on the other laptop I decided to try a change of browser from Safari to Chrome, and the places were there.

So this is not a computer thing, or a website problem, it is a Safari browser issue. After countless hours over the years of using the planner website with the Safari browser, it is only now it is misbehaving.
