Smart for two replacement SIM card

Hello,
new here.
just bought a 2016 Smart for two with in dash tom Tom but the removable SIM card is missing.
Any ideas if it is possible to but replacement SIM card.
tried TomTom support but the automatic response was ‘can’t help’
cant ask the previous owner as I bought it through a broker.

Hi,
I think you are referring to the SD card containing the map data, as the SIM card cannot be changed by the user.

The SD card is part of the vehicle, so the dealer should provide it to you.

You need to purchase a new SD card from a Mercedes dealership.

thanks, you are correct. I did mean SD card. Will try the Mercedes dealer.
