1005 has 5" screen, other two 4.3"
Go models have brighter (but more reflective) screen with multi-touch (pinch zoom etc) Vias don't
GO's have a better mount
I don't have that particular via model, but I do have one similar and the loudspeaker / audio quality is FAR worse than it is on the Go's
