I've been trying to login to my account but unable to. Request a new password thru email and still cant login.(Criteria for password met) but just keeps saying passoword invalid or "we are having technical problems try reloading page or try again later"
. Purchased a map update from TomTom for my GO LIVE 2050 and they took the money but when I try to get the update something "goes wrong"---that's the message displayed. Not a very satisfied customer. The GO LIVE 2050 cost me AU$315 and is pretty much useless. How do I contact TomTom to get any redress? I mean speak to REAL people.
