Can't enter code on tt home

Tried entering code on TT home. Software says it I can not use my map! Model 520 go. map "United_Kingdom_and_Republic_of_Ireland" the screen on TTHome is also not diplaying properly when trying to use this feature. Satnav updates and does every thing else it is told to do - almost
Any suggestions appreciated as I have tried everything I can think of except giving it a smack ...

Where did the map come from? A recent TomTom update, original on your TT, or someplace else?
