Battery Voltage Indicator

Are there any electronic Tech. that can help a layman out. I want to find a circuit that will turn on an led when the voltage of my motorcycle gets below X ( 11.5 vdc ) and either turn on a second led or a different color of the sane led when voltage gets above Y (15vdc.) I know there are several manufactured models out there but they are too big. I just want one or two led's sticking in my line of sight. The hardest part is finding one where if vdc is between X & Y no led's lit. Can any one help? Belive me it is no fun when your bike stops running because of no Battery don't ask me how I know.

I'm no guru on electronics and this was the simplest way for me.......Haven't hooked it up yet.....future job...
