Artificial voice problem with GO 720

Hello everyone!

I? am a Portuguese user of a new GO 720.
After an update (automatic) from de Home, de Portuguese voice of ?Amalia? disappeared from de voices menu on the device, and I just can get access to two other voices, not artificial ones; so, it?s impossible to get the speech help, saying the name of the streets, for example.
Can some one tell me what can I do to resolve this?
The voice is on the CD; I installed again on the system; when I checked on the artificial voices (at the Home) it was there, but I still can?t access on the unit menu 

If you installed it correctly try to do a reset.
If that doesn't work. Delete the voice and reinstall it again.
